הוראות בישול:

לקחת ווק וכשהמחבת חמה על אש גדולה, ולשים בה שמן זית להקפיץ את גבעולי הברוקולי כ-2-3 דקות

לאחר מכן להוסיף את פרחי הברוקולי ולהמשיך כ4 דקות נוספות והוסיף את יתר המרכיבים. אחרי כל מרכיב להמתין דקה כדי לשמור על המחבת חמה.
