תיאור

את שורש הפטרוזיליה מומלץ לגדל בחורף כאשר ניתן לזרוע החל מחודש ספטמבר ועד מרץ. שורש הפטרוזיליה ממשפחת הסוככיים ושמות מדעיים נוספים הם  Petroselinum crispum subsp. tuberosum . חשוב לדעת לפני שזורעים כמה נתונים חשובים. יש לזרוע בעומק של כ- 0.5 ס"מ ולשים זרע אחד בגומה. הזרעים הינם קטנים מאוד לכן לאחר זמן הנביטה, האורך בין 14-21 יום, יש לדלל ולהשאיר רק נבט אחד שיתפתח להיות שורש פטרוזיליה. יש לשמור על מרווחי זריעה של 5 ס"מ. אם רוצים לשתול ליד השורש פטרוזיליה צמחים חברים אנחנו ממליצים על אפונת גינה, אפונת שלג, חסה ובצל ירוק.
